Who is the developer behind this site?
Pete Bennett of Walnut Creek CA, founded Nomoreh1b.com in May of 2002. One day after a string of dubiois interviews for project where there was no question my skills were a match, I realized that the job opening was fake. What I figured out was I was being used to re-certify an H-1b visa. While at jo support groups I asked my peers (mostly in the Bay Area) who all reported similar but odd interviews.

When a candidate has the right skills, they get the gig or contract and as a contract programmer for many years it was rare to be turned down.
I have a lot more to say - more to come later . . . .

History of Nomoreh1b.com
Launched May 2002 by Pete Bennett who at the time lived in Danville CA, a bulcolic community of very wealthy folks who apparently did not care for my rather toxic position. Many would just say get a job at some other place but one day I connected these same people to being users of the H-1b visa. Yep, the same ones who would say that's to bad about work being slow were consumers of foreign tech workers.
